Sauw Blaze seeks justice for Bridget Agbaheme

The decapitation of Mrs Bridget Agbaheme by Islamic Extremists in Kano State, Nigeria has continue to make headlines in the Country's News and our correspondence caught up with Sauw Blaze, an artiste to share his view and here is what he said..

"Good morning fellow compatriots..

"Violence anywhere in the world, is violence against humanity.."
"True peace is not just the absence of tension but the presence of Justice.."

It is no longer news how Mrs Bridget Agbaheme was gruesomely murdered on Thursday 2, June in Kano State, Northern Nigeria. She allegedly blasphemed against Prophet Muhammad which led to her decapitation.

The victim who was described to be respectful and incapable of blasphemy had many customers
buying goods from her petty trading along the roadside and could have been set up by her enemies.

It pained me the most coming to the knowledge that she is not just from Imo State, Southern Nigeria but from my locality and the least we must do to her at this point is to get her justice by making the culprits dance to the full weight of the law.

I here by call on the Honourable Member representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Hon Henry Nwawuba; the Senator Representing Owerri Zone, Senator Samuel Anyanwu and the Government of Imo State to ensure they get justice for Late Bridget.

It should be noted the the northerns have enjoyed relative peace and support in Imo state and this ugly incident is such that is capable of tampering with the peace unless justice is done, and on time. Meanwhile, even though no region has monopoly of violence, I appeal to Imolites and indeed Igbos all over the world to remain calm and peaceful as usual believing that the Federal government
will make good their pronouncement as released by the Presidential spokesperson on this matter. More also, I advice Christians to be vigilant and at alert because it is only a tree who remains static after it has been threatened to be cut down.."
