We can achieve Peace 2 - By Unabunwa Samuel

In my first episode on this topic, we gave the definition of peace and its foundation. And we came to a point that peace is something that is achievable if we try. Now hear this, Peace is inevitable in your experience of awakening from your dream of a human existence. You cannot get peace nor have peace as a result of your 'doing' in the world, no matter how much effort you exert in your well-meant
attempts to make this world a better place. Sounds contradictory? You can't just achieve peace through "doing" but giving it. This is to say that for us to have peace, we must first of all give peace but giving is a difficult thing when love is not involved.

The mind that accepts attack cannot love. That is because it believes it can destroy love, and therefore does not understand what love is. If it does not understand what love is, it cannot perceive itself as loving hence cannot give peace.

This establishes the fact that for there to be peace there must be an act of giving and for you to give, you must love. Love breeds peace.

Seek peace not outside yourself to find a crumb of it in your world. Either it is all there is for you
or nothing. Stop trying to find peace through analyzing and verifying your human experience because you only get it when you give it.

We all must have in mind that peace is the ultimate necessity for world's positive development and love is the mother of peace.

We can achieve peace if we try because peace is the Ultimate..
